Strong performance at Hamworthy Heating Ltd, the UK commercial boiler manufacturer, has enabled it to repay all of the loan stock investment of its principal shareholder, NBGI Private Equity (“NBGI PE”) through new debt facilities provided by HSBC Leveraged Finance.

The business, which has been renamed Ochre House, begins life with turnover approaching £40m and over 170 employees operating out of 18 offices nationwide, together with established overseas sourcing capabilities in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada and Ireland.
