NBGI Private Equity invested £2.3 million for a 53.5% interest in March 2002 with a maximum transaction value (dependent on earn-out) of £6.5 million. This interest was bought-out by Walker Hamill’s management in May 2005 generating an IRR of 73% and a money multiple of 3.4x.
